On the morning of July 19th, Mang Valley Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and JR shareholder company, Zhonggang Henderson, held a grand signing ceremony in Conference Room No. 2, to jointly invest, develop and operate a 50 square kilometers 5A class tourist resort in Mang Valley! Sino-Hong Kong Henderson is responsible for the investment, JR Asia Pacific, Xiamen Company will undertake the design of the general contract, Fujian Jiapo Construction Company will undertake the construction project! JR Taiwan Company undertakes the operation management work! The project is about 50 square kilometers, which includes two level hydropower station, Mang Rengu 4E airport, dozens of hotels of different sizes, vacation areas, Buddhist bases, characteristic towns, water parks, apartments and resort residences, etc. It is a key project of Hunan Province. It plans to spend six years and invest about 10 billion yuan to build and operate it. Now the general plan and part of the project have started construction!

7月19號上午，莽山谷旅遊開發公司和JR股東公司中港恒基在二號會議室隆重舉行簽約儀式，共同投資，開發，營運莽山谷50平方公里的5A級旅遊度假區！中港恆基負責投資，JR亞太區，廈門公司将承擔設計總包，福建嘉珀建設公司將承擔建造工程！JR台灣公司承擔營運管理工作！本项目約50平方公里，集二級水電站，莽人谷4E機場，幾十個大小不等的酒店，度假區，佛教基地，特色小鎮，水上樂園，公寓及度假村住宅等！是湖南省重點項目，計劃用六年時間，投資約100亿进行打造营运！现总规及部分项已具备开工建设！
