香港JR设计一体化设计的福州空港城洲际假日酒店设计方案获洲际酒店集团和业主，政府的批准，已全面进入后期设计。该酒店是洲际酒店集团全权委托管理，也是该集团按欧美发达国家管理擅长在机场边建造的生态，环保和具有现代动感的大体量商务高星级，比较独特的，按国际五星标准建造的为数不多的洲际机场酒店。

The whole Fuzhou Airport City Intercontinental Holiday Inn is designed by HK JR Design Group. Our design scheme has been approved by Intercontinental Hotel Group, the developer and the government, and now we have gone to the later- stage design. The management of this hotel is fully authorized by Intercontinental Hotel Group who are good at building ecological, environment- friendly, modern and relatively unique large high star- level business hotels based on European management.  Fuzhou Airport City Intercontinental Holiday Inn is one of the rare intercontinental airport hotels built by the five- star standard.
