未来进驻深圳国际大学园的高校或将超过十所

More than 10 International Universities in Future Shenzhen

在东进战略的背景下，龙岗区大力引进高端企业进驻和高级人才，并大力发展教育和研发，为高端企业输送人才。而早在2014年，市政府决定将大运新城2.66平方公里范围作为特色学院园独立办学的集中建设区，命名为“深圳国际大学园”。

目前园内确定3所中外合作高校香港中文大学（深圳）、北理莫斯科大学和吉大昆士兰大学。目前，全国共有9所全日制中外合作（含内地与港澳地区合作）的独立法人院校，龙岗就占据了三所，但目前只有香港中文大学（深圳）开始办学。

In the background of east- oriented strategy, high- end enterprises and talents will be strongly induced into Longgang District where education and researches will be strongly developed as well, in order to provide talents to high- end enterprises. In 2014, the municipal government had decided 2.66 m² area of Dayun New Town to be a concentrated zone for special universities, named as “Shenzhen International Universities Park”.   

Currently, 3 universities have been ensured to be established in the park, including The Chinese University of Hongkong,Shenzhen, Beijing Technology & Moscow State University, and Jilin& Queensland University.

香港中文大学（深圳），从2014年开始招生。计划一期阶段（2014－2017年）在校生规模为3300人，二期阶段（2018－2021年）为6200人，三期阶段（2022－2025年）为11000人。

The Chinese University of Hongkong, Shenzhen has started to enroll since 2014. The plan for the students enrolled for the first stage (2014- 2017) is 3,300; for the second stage (2018- 2021) is 6,200; for the third stage (2022- 2025), 11,000.

深圳北理莫斯科大学预计明年开始招收本科生和硕士研究生，博士的招生工作将于2018年启动。学校计划成立后的前五年每年将招生300～500人，远期办学规模为5000人。本科生和研究生比例均等，为1:1，师生比例为1:10。教师50%以上由莫斯科大学派遣。学生来源除中国学生外，拟招收俄罗斯以及“一带一路”沿线国家的学生。

Shenzhen Beijing Technology& Moscow State University plans to start enrolling undergraduate and postgraduate students next year, and the enrollment of PhD students will get started in 2018. The students can be from China, Russia and the countries along “One Belt and One Road”. 

吉大昆士兰大学在2015年5月正式确立落户龙岗国际大学园，继港中大（深圳）、深圳北理莫斯科大学后，第三所落户国际大学园的中外合作大学。学校总用地面积约33.34公顷，建筑总量24万平方米，总投资约14 .88亿元。学校预计将会设立生命科学、新能源、环境等学科。

Jilin& Queensland University was ensured to be located in Longgang International Universities Park in May, 2015 which is the third sino- foreign cooperative university in the park. This university occupies 33.34 hectares with a total investment of 1.488 billions. Subjects like Life Science, New Energy, Environment, etc. will be set.   

民悦公园将开建 梅林关再添景观

Minyue Park Will Be Established

近37万平米的园区面积，1.5亿元的建设投入！关口片区终于迎来第一个大型的景观公园了。他的位置就在梅坂大道路边，滢水山庄的北面。

The park is close to 370,000 m² with an investment of about 150 millions, which locates in Meiban Avenue and north to Yingshui Mountain Villa.

福田金地工业区将变身成67万平超高层综合体

Futian Jindi Factory Area Will Be Turned into A Super- High Complexity of 670, 000 m²

金地工业区城市更新单元位于深圳市福田区金地-沙头片区，南依金地一 路，东邻沙尾路，北靠福强路，西至沙嘴路。项目此前已列入《2015年深圳市城市更新单元计划第四批计划》，现该规划（草案）已经过市规划国土委业务会审议，予以公示，公示时间为期30个自然日，自2016年11月23日至2016年12月22日止。

The to-be-renewed unit of Jindi Factory Town locates in Jindi- Shatou District, Futian District, Shenzhen City, south along Jindi Rd. No. 1, east to Shawei Rd., north to Fuqiang Rd. and west to Shazui Rd.

罗湖“二线插花地”规划草案公示

Publication of the Planning Draft of “the Second Line Chahuadi” of Luohu

《罗湖“二线插花地”棚户区改造专项规划》(草案)公示啦！时间为期30个自然日，自2016年11月16日至2016年12月15日止。

规划包括木棉岭、布心和玉龙三个片区，总占地面积为62.4万平，其中玉龙片区全部位于垃圾填埋场防护范围内，规划功能为发展备用地，其余两个片区规划总建筑面积为125—152万平，其中住宅面积达到110—140万平。

The planning is composed of Mumianling, Buxin and Yulong, with an area of 624,000 m².

旧改地图：宏发、京基两大巨头提前布局石岩

Hongfa and Kingkey Layout Shiyan Ahead of Time

数据库录得，目前宝安区石岩街道约11个旧改项目，拆除重建建设用地总面积约64万平。

According to the database, there are about 11 renovation projects in Shiyan St. of Baoan District.

宝安公共文化艺术中心

Baoan Public Culture& Art Center

今年宝安区委区政府决定对老城区图书馆、群众文化艺术馆、新安影剧院“宝安1990”进行升级改造，将新安影剧院改造为宝安音乐厅，同时推进宝安博物馆、美术馆、艺术馆“宝安公共文化艺术中心”建设，宝安将由此填补没有音乐厅、博物馆的空白。

This year, Baoan Committee and government have decided to improve and renovate the library, Public Culture& Art Center, and Xin’an Theater “Baoan 1990”.

莲塘口岸最快可于后年开通

Liantang Port Will Be Opened the Year After Next

最新消息：香港与深圳东部连接的莲塘口岸，预计最快可于2018年开通，将会是首个采用人车直达措施的口岸。

口岸设计交通量确定为旅客3万人次/日，车辆17850自然车/日，其中货车为1.5万自然车/日，小汽车为2000自然车/日，大巴车为850自然车/日。

Liantang Port will connect HK and east of Shenzhen, which is estimated to be opened in 2018. It will be the first port allowing human beings and vehicles to arrive in HK directly.

康佳集团29.2亿元获深圳南山区总部厂区城市更新项目

KONKA Group Has Win the Innovation Project of the Factory Cities of Nanshan, Shenzhen

by 2.92 Billions

康佳集团股份有限公司于11月28日发布公告称，子公司于近日获得深圳市南山区约为37250.84平方米的土地使用权，代价为29.2亿元。

公告显示，康佳集团控股子公司深圳市康侨佳城置业投资有限公司，与深圳市规划和国土资源委员会南山管理局签署了编号为深地合字（2016）8016号的《深圳市土地使用权出让合同书》。

KONKA Group has gained the using right of about 37,250.84 m² land of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, by the cost of 2.92 billions.  

春风隧道工程 Spring Wind Tunnel Project

春风隧道工程已列入《深圳市2016年度土地整备计划》（深圳市人民政府公报2016第27期）。根据《深圳市建设项目选址意见书》（深规土选LH-2016-0002号）以及《市规划国土委罗湖管理局关于春风隧道工程建设项目用地预审的意见》（深规土罗函〔2016〕230号）等相关文件，春风隧道工程房屋拟征收范围已确定（详见附图）。

地下为城市快速路，隧道采用单洞双层的结构形式，各设单向2车道加连续紧急停车带，为小客车专用通道，隧道直径为15.2米。地面道路主要为隧道进出口衔接滨河大道、沿河南路改造路段，改造段总长为1.85千米，主线为双向八车道，设计车速为60千米/小时，辅路为双向四车道，设计车速为40千米/小时。

该项目的建设旨在缓解现有春风高架通行能力不足的缺陷，使原有春风高架长距离过境交通向隧道内部转移，地面交通条件得以释放。

The aim of this project is to ease the shortage of current Spring Wind Overhead Highways as lack of traffic capacity, by inducing the original cross- boarder long- distance traffics into the tunnel, so the ground traffic conditions could be released.  

地铁三期6、8、10及7条延长线站名初定

Station Names for Subway Line 6, 8, 10 and 7 Extended Lines Have Been Set Down Initially

市规划国土委今日发布了关于《深圳市轨道三期及三期调整相关线路站名规划》方案公开展示的通告，初步拟定了地铁三期相关线路站点名称，除已开通确定的轨道7、 9、11号线站名，本次站名规划涉及的线路均在建设中，分别是轨道2号线东延段、8号线一期工程、3号线东延段、3号线南延段、4号线北延段、5号线南延段、6号线首期、6号线南延段、9号线西延段、10号线等10条线路93个站点。

It’s noticed that the relative station names of subway the 3rd stage have been proposed initially and all are under construction now, except the already operated line 7, 9 and 11.

中欧未来城首期“德国小镇”将建53万平综合体

First Stage of “German Town” of China- European Future City Will Be Established as

A 530,000 m² Complexity

中欧未来城——德国小镇项目位于龙岗区坪地街道，项目位于盐龙大道与龙岗大道交汇处西侧，规划总用地面积25.7万平方米，涉及非农建设用地面积158325.75平方米，其中包含68158.77平方米的非农统建用地，现状为空地。项目规划总建筑面积约53.1万平米，总投资近60亿元。

China- European Future City-- German Town Project locates in Pingdi St., Longgang District, west to the cross of Yanlong and Longgang Avenue. It’s planned to occupy 257,000 m2 land covering 158,325.75 m² non- agricultural land of which 68,158.77 m² is empty.
